Nicholas Brendan/XanderBuffy is my absolute favorite show, has been since the day it aired a few years back, this is the first time I got my butt out to a con to meet one of the stars of it. Yeah I know, they are just people like us.... but OH MY GOD I MET AND TOUCHED XANDER!! *giggles like a silly teen-ager, then regains her normal cool composure* He did a few Q&A sessions before his autographing each of the 2 days he was there. I didn't catch all of both Q & A sessions because on the first day, you either got to hear all of what he said or go line up somewhere else for when he would start signing and I did the latter. I was at the convention for the purpose of helping out Voltaire with his booth and all, but my brother and a friend of his came out too on Saturday. Turns out his friend, who's around my age, is a huge huge Buffy fan too, so we giggled and acted all silly together and like old Trekkie geeks, we knew every little thing that was being discussed in the Xander Q&A of course. We both asked questions, mine was about a rumored upcoming feature film based on the TV Buffy gang, which he said is a reality (yay!!). Other things that he mentioned, he has a GF of 1.5 years, he replied to the question "How do we know it's you and not your twin?" with "You don't!", if he had to switch bodies for the show with any other character he feels he could play Willow best. He answered tons of questions and I can't remember most of them now. He's really funny though. We were really lucky and got in just before the cut off, lots of people behind us didn't get autographs that day. Since we were at the end of the line I got him to do a picture with me quick, I asked if I could bite him in the pic and he said ok, so I held up his wrist and was about to dig in as you can see below. The Pretzel Saturday while he was doing his talking some people walked by and offered him a big hard pretzel, he took it and took a bite, made a funny remark that that was a bad idea as he struggled to talk with it in his mouth, and set it down on the chair that was on the stage (which was only a platform in a college gym as you can see). Later as Dori and I stood in line for the autograph for about an hour, some little teen-aged girl came over like "oh my god oh my god she got the pretzel." Apparently some other little teenager thought to grab it for a souvenir, cute. The Pictures
