Electric Dreams - A London nightclub for eighties new wave and synthpop. See the web site for type of music played, location, djs, upcoming events, etc.

HELIX - UK Goth/Industrial Launchpad, Gig/Event listings (updated weekly) and Nightclub/Other Regular Event listings (updated monthly).

Whitby Gothic Weekend - a twice a year goth-fest in England (usually in April and November). This sounds great, I would definatly love to check it out myself if I ever get to the UK, some people who have been have given it good reviews.

Neitherlands

Kagan - Most of it's in Dutch so I don't know what it says, but from what I can make out it's a goth, industrial, electro, darkwave events page with parties and show dates.
